ITIL Process
Introduction
In this Blog i am going to explain ITIL Process,ITIL stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library, It is the leading IT service management framework recognised globally and delivering impactful and techpowered services customers across the globe
ITIL is the set of guidelines observed ,gathered ,and put together in ITIL Process IT practioner in best services in a timely limit , ITIL provides direction to the organization and its people utilizing as a tool for changing,transforming ,developing the business
Service: Service means delivering value to customers by facilitating outcomes customer want to achieve with out the ownership of risks or costs
Process: Process means a set of activities designed to accomplish a specific objective ,it takes defined inputs and turns them into the defined outputs
Function: Function means A team or group of people and the tools they use to carry out one or more process activities
ITIL process 5 stages of life cycle
In each stage ITIL Process consists of a set of processes ,key,Principles Roles,activities and performance measures related to stage of the ISTM
- Service stratgey :which defines the vison and mission of the organization
- Service Design: which refers and design the current issue
- Service Transition :which is the process of process management new changes and modifications
- Service Operations: inorder to complete the process responds the user requests guides them on the usage of the services so that runs smoothly on their end and fix any problems
- Continulal service improvement:quality check standards ,constant feedback and improving their service levels and technology implemented to deliver their services
- ITIL means helps business evaluate services for required improvement,
- ITIL helps make the implementation of decisions easy for business,
- ITIL helps in designing the various steps required to implement the decisions taken,
- ITIL starts with forming a strategy to take a decision that needs to be implemented
In all these better service and value to the customers or client requirements,
In any organization or company they should follow the ITIL Process and Ticketing Tools
to smooth flow of the ITIL Life cycle.
